The International SongDoor Song Contest Winners have been announced and Stephen Amos placed 3 songs in the Final Five before winning it all in the Country Category. His song 'When You Say Jump' was chosen as the winner and you can hear the song at or thru Stephen will be meeting with publishers and other writers in Nashville in the coming weeks in the hopes of placing some of his songs. He will also be performing at Country Stampede in Manhatten Kansas on June 21 from 7:30pm to 8pm Thursday night. Be sure to stop by and say hello!!

Stephen Amos Scheduled to perform at Country Stampede 2012 on the NSAI Stage
Local Songwriter to perform live at huge country music festival

Wichita, Kansas - The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) chapter of North Central Kansas located in Manhattan, KS, selected Stephen Amos of Wichita to perform at Country Stampede 2012. Amos was selected to perform live on the NSAI /Family stage after auditioning earlier this year. NSAI member songwriters from several states will be performing their own original music also.

Stephen Amos is now one of approximately 2 dozen songwriters chosen to perform their original music on the NSAI/Family stage at Country Stampede 2012. Amos is scheduled to perform on 21 June 2012 at 7:30pm of the event that runs from June 21-24, 2012.

Country Stampede is one of the largest Country music festivals held annually in North America. In 2011 the festival sold in excess of 155,000 tickets for the 4 day event. This year's main stage headliners include Toby Keith, Zac Brown Band, Luke Bryan, The Band Perry, John Michael Montgomery, Travis Tritt, and many more. The festival is June 21-24, held in Manhattan, Kansas, just below the Tuttle reservoir dam. Visit for more information. Amos belongs to the NSAI Wichita Chapter which meets at Two Brother's West the second Monday of the month and provides local songwriters with the opportunity to improve their skills, learn more about the music industry, evaluate songs and network with each another on a regular basis.
